## Contact us
Use the support form above to get in touch with Modulate Support for technical questions, feature requests, bug reports, or account requests. We respond within 2 business days. If there is a truly urgent need, please select the appropriate Impact field and this form will contact our on-call engineer for triage.
### How to get the fastest response
Where applicable, please include:
* The endpoint you were calling (e.g. Multilingual Transcription batch, Deepfake Detection streaming)
* The HTTP status code or WebSocket close code you received
* The error message or response body
* The audio format and approximate file duration
* Any request IDs included in the response
The more detail you provide, the faster we can diagnose the issue!
### Increasing concurrency or usage limits
Concurrency and monthly usage limits can be increased for your organization. To raise concurrency for a specific model, request an increase from the [Concurrency Limits page](https://platform.modulate.ai/dashboard/concurrency-limits) in your dashboard — see [Rate limits](/guides/authentication#rate-limits) for how the default and request flow work. For monthly usage increases, [fill out the form above](#contact-us) to let us know what you need!
