Use the support form above to get in touch with Modulate Support for technical questions, feature requests, bug reports, or account requests. We guarantee a response within 2 business days, however our usual response time is much shorter! Please use the Urgent impact status only for problems that stop your service. This lets our team respond first to the most critical issues. If you cannot use the form for any reason, please feel free to email us directly at [support@modulate.ai](mailto:support@modulate.ai)

### How to get the fastest response

Where applicable, please include:

* The endpoint you were calling (e.g. Multilingual Transcription batch, Deepfake Detection streaming)
* The HTTP status code or WebSocket close code you received
* The error message or response body
* The audio format and approximate file duration
* Any request IDs included in the response

The more detail you provide, the faster we can diagnose the issue!

### Increasing concurrency

Concurrency caps are set per model and default to 3 simultaneous requests. [Fill out the form above](#contact-us) with the model and the traffic you expect, and we will raise it. See [Limits](/guides/authentication#limits).
